	The US dollar rates published on this site are provided as an approximate guide only. The rates were last updated on Tariff – 1st October 2013 to 30th April 2014 Our tariff includes all meals, the use of all lodge facilities, (including the use of loan fly fishing equipment, waders, boots, mountain bikes etc) and 5 star luxury lodge accommodation in one of our cottage suites. Early & Late Season Special Deal – Stay for 5 Nights and Pay for only 4! This special package is available for accommodation & fishing at Owen River Lodge for the months of October 2013 & April 2014 You get 5 nights of 5 star luxury accommodation, all your meals, use of all our fabulous facilities, use of fly fishing gear – waders, boots, rods/reels & 3 days guided fishing for only US $ , twin share Package Rates – 1 October 2013 through to 30 April 2014 Four Night Fly Fishing Package Includes 4 nights of 5 star luxury accommodation, all meals i.e. a three course dinner, cooked English breakfast, picnic lunch daily, use of our fly fishing equipment and 3 days of expert guiding with one of our senior fly fishing guides. Twin share accommodation /share guide US $ per person Five Night Fly Fishing Package Includes 5 nights of 5 star luxury accommodation, all meals i.e. a three course dinner, cooked English breakfast, picnic lunch daily, use of our fly fishing equipment and 4 days of expert guiding with one of our senior fly fishing guides. Twin share accommodation /share guide US $ per person Six Night Fly Fishing Package Includes 6 nights of 5 star luxury accommodation, all meals i.e. a three course dinner, cooked English breakfast, picnic lunch daily, use of our fly fishing equipment and 5 days of expert guiding with one of our senior fly fishing guides. Twin share accommodation /share guide US $ per person Seven Night Fly Fishing Package Includes 7 nights of 5 star luxury accommodation, all meals i.e. a three course dinner, cooked English breakfast, picnic lunch daily, use of our fly fishing equipment and 6 days of expert guiding with one of our senior fly fishing guides. Twin share accommodation /share guide US $ per person General Tariff – 1st October 2013 to 30th April 2014 Our tariff includes all meals, the use of all lodge facilities, (including the use of loan fly fishing equipment, waders, boots, mountain bikes etc) and your accommodation in one of our cottage suites. US $ per person, per night – twin share US $ per night for a single occupancy guest Children under 12 years of age can usually be accommodated by prior arrangement. Minimum Stay Policy We have a minimum stay requirement of 2 nights Guided Fishing Tariff The rate for guided fishing is US $ per guide/per day. Guides can take one or two anglers. Costs include GST, flies, transport; but do not include a fishing licence, which we can provide at the lodge. Check out what our guests have said about their stay at Owen River Lodge Fishing licence The lodge is an agent for Fish & Game New Zealand, so we can arrange a licence for you when you arrive. Fishing licences are available for a 24 hour period or for the whole season. Deposit and Cancellation Policy You can secure your booking by providing us with a deposit of 25% of the accommodation & guiding tariff or package rate – We accept Visa, MasterCard & Diners Club. Owen River Lodge is a small boutique lodge and cancellations affect us greatly. If your reservation is cancelled within 90 Days of arrival there will be a charge of 25% of the total accommodation & guiding tariff or package rate Within 60 Days of arrival, there will be a charge of 50% Within 45 Days of arrival, there will be a charge of 75% Within 30 Days of arrival, there will be a charge of 100% Naturally we will endeavour to re-book the cottage and/or guide and if this is successful we will refund your deposit. We strongly advise guests to take out travel insurance to protect themselves against unexpected changes to their travel plans.
